Where will Aptera’s be produced?
Our 77,000-square-foot facility in Carlsbad, CA, USA, will produce up to 20,000 Aptera vehicles per year, with one vehicle rolling off the line every 12 minutes. Solar panels power the facility, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and minimizing our carbon footprint.
By incorporating Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) into the production line, we reduce costs and boost efficiency, streamlining the manufacturing process. Each Aptera undergoes rigorous quality assurance within our lean manufacturing system, ensuring a high-quality vehicle is ready for delivery directly from our factory.
