Who is Aptera’s partner for the vehicle drivetrain?
Aptera has partnered with Vitesco Technologies to integrate their EMR3 drivetrain into our production vehicles. The EMR3 is a highly integrated high-voltage axle drive that combines a permanent-magnet synchronous e-motor, inverter, and reducer in one unit. This drivetrain has proven its capability and reliability with 10 vehicle brands across more than 20 models globally, accounting for installations in nearly a million electric vehicles.
