Aptera’s battery system is equipped with heating and cooling technologies for optimal performance in any climate. In cold weather, a heater within the coolant circuit warms the battery, allowing operation in temperatures as low as -20°F. In warm weather, the coolant circulates through the battery to dissipate heat and prevent overheating. These systems ensure consistent performance and battery longevity in all conditions.
